Five months ago, one of our clients told us he was training for his first full IRONMAN.
He’s in his early 50s. The race is in October. And he wanted his nutrition to be every bit as disciplined as his training.
Today he checked in with some pretty remarkable news.
He’s lost 34 pounds of fat.
But what made me happiest wasn’t the number.
He told me he loves the food. It fills him up. He has energy for his training and isn’t experiencing the crashes that can make an already grueling workout that much harder.
And these are serious workouts. When you’re in the middle of a 100-mile training ride, obviously you’re supplementing along the way. NutriFit isn’t replacing sports nutrition on the bike. We’re taking care of the meals that fuel the rest of his life and training.
Now he’s in the home stretch.
Five months of preparation. Thirty-four pounds of fat gone. His first full IRONMAN just weeks away.
I couldn’t be more pleased for him.
Now we get to cheer him all the way to that finish line.
