Because each of our clients has unique needs, food preferences and goals, we have developed over 2,500 recipes that are used in our menus. A hallmark of our program is the huge variety of meals that we prepare - over 12 weeks of non-repeating menus for clients that have flexible tastes. The sample meal plans below contain a mere fraction of what we offer, and may not reflect what you would receive.

Our meal plans are based on individual energy needs, body composition and weight goals, and supplemental health issues. Pre, during and post exercise meals are all included as needed.
