Good morning, Jackie, and thanks for your response! I am 5 feet tall and normally weigh 120 lbs. I gained 35 pounds with this pregnancy, which is 10 more than I gained with my other two. My breastmilk supply is adequate, so I'll try cutting back my calories by 300 or so and adding another workout to try and jump-start getting rid of this last few pounds.

I incorporated drinking decaffeinated tea, such as chamomile to sooth my anxieties and it helped a lot. Now I buy quite a few different kinds of decaffeinated flavored tea and enjoy them, I still follow your recipes just because they are easy and healthy and my weight keeps dropping. I have recommended this book to all my friends and even strangers that are pregnant and non pregnant, even my husband and mom started to follow your plan once they saw me shred the pounds. I wanted to share my success with you. I gained 35 pounds during pregnancy. I lost 25 in the first month. Then I lost another 5 pounds while on NutriFit. The last 5 pounds is the absolute hardest but I'm rounding the corner on that as well.

I am very pleased to report that I just returned from my long anticipated trip to Hawaii, where I confidently pranced around in a bikini thanks to your Body After Baby program. I am amazed at how easily I lost the weight and, more importantly, how great I feel! Thank you so much for the incredible program you designed. The recipes were yummy and the program was easy to follow. I have to admit that I didn't do all the exercises you suggested (I'm trying to finish my PhD at the moment so time is limited) and I some times didn't follow the meal plan exactly, but the fact that I still lost weight is a testament to your overall plan. This next time around I will implement the exercises and I hope that will make all the difference in achieving my next goal of losing 12 -15 pounds.

I have had the best experience with NutriFit. Ever since I had my daughter, I've had some trouble shedding my pregnancy pounds. Then a few years passed, and I realized that something was going to have to change. My sister asked me if I would consider doing NutriFit, but I was a little discouraged because I didn't think I could afford it. Then my sister, my step mom, and myself decided to give it a try. I was so excited to see what food I would get, and everything was always so delicious. I really wanted to teach myself how to eat lots of healthy food and what portions should be. Over the course of 5 months I lost approximately 20 pounds without really exercising. Right away people started noticing that I had lost some weight, and I got all kinds of compliments. Then I started buying new clothes because I'd regained some of the confidence I lost somewhere along the way. I know that NutriFit has educated me on what I should be eating and how much. My next plan is to incorporate a real exercise program into my life, but I don't feel like I could have started this journey without NutriFit. I am only a few pounds to my pre pregnancy weight, and feeling sooooo much better about myself. It has been so great dealing with people who really care about your progress and are willing to make whatever changes necessary to create a diet that works for you. Hello! Jackie, I can't wait for your book to come out. I have been keeping track of it. I have put in my request with Borders, to let me know as soon as they get it in. I am ready to go, and really excited. I would have died if anyone saw my pre Body After Baby photos but since I have already lost 32 pounds I can laugh about them now. I discovered the Body After Baby plan when my first child was about to turn one. I was so frustrated with my weight that I tried everything from slim fast to cortislim and everything in between. I knew I was going to see a lot of family and friends that I hadn't seen for a while and I was not happy with the way I looked and felt. My friend told me about Jackie and Body After Baby. I have to say I was willing to try anything... I wish I had found out about this program in the beginning. It would have been a lot less painful to look in the mirror. To date, I have lost forty pounds in nine weeks on the Body After Baby Program. During my pregnancy, I gained over fifty pounds and was doubtful that I would take off all the weight being that I'm over forty years of age and have a slower metabolism. When I first began the program, I thought, "there's no way I'm going to lose weight eating all this food." But I did. Eating three meals a day, plus two snacks and dessert (mmmm...those desserts!) ensured that I truly never went hungry.
